Download the Application

Download the ZIP file from the link below and extract it using the password.

Extract Files

Right-click on the downloaded ZIP file and select "Extract All". Enter the password when prompted.

Run the Application

Navigate to the extracted folder and double-click on iCloud_Calendar_Batch_Pro.exe to start the application.

If Windows Defender shows a warning, click "More info" and then "Run anyway". This is a false positive.

Get iCloud Cookie

You need to obtain your iCloud session cookie for authentication:

  1. Open Chrome or Firefox browser
  2. Go to icloud.com and log in
  3. Open Developer Tools (F12)
  4. Go to Application/Storage tab
  5. Find Cookies for www.icloud.com
  6. Copy the value of the X-APPLE-WEBAUTH-HSA-TRUST cookie

Find Your DSID

Your DSID (Directory Services Identifier) is also needed:

  1. While logged into iCloud.com, open Developer Tools
  2. Go to Network tab
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Look for requests to calendarws.icloud.com
  5. Check the URL parameters for dsid=
  6. Copy the numeric value after dsid=

Your license is tied to your device. One license works on one computer.

Basic Configuration

In the Basic Config tab, set up your iCloud details:

  • iCloud Host: p69-calendarws.icloud.com
  • DSID: Your DSID number
  • Language: en-US
  • Timezone: Your timezone
  • Calendar Title: Prefix for created calendars
  • Event Title/Description: Use placeholders for personalization

Advanced Configuration

In the Advanced Config tab, set up batch settings:

  • Emails per Calendar: 25 (recommended)
  • Events per Calendar: 5 (recommended)
  • Invites per Event: 5 (recommended)
  • Event Duration: 60 minutes
  • Start Lead Time: 5 minutes
  • Delay Between Events: 1 second
These settings control how the app batches emails to avoid iCloud rate limits.

Prepare Email List

Create a text or CSV file with one email per line, or multiple emails separated by commas in CSV format.

Configure iCloud Cookie

Paste your iCloud cookie in the Advanced Config tab under "iCloud Cookie (Required)".

The cookie expires after some time. If you get authentication errors, get a fresh cookie.

Start Sending

Click "Start Sending" and monitor progress in the Live Progress section. The app will:

  1. Create calendars in your iCloud account
  2. Share calendars with recipients
  3. Create events with invitations
  4. Show real-time progress and logs
You can pause and resume at any time. Progress is automatically saved.

Troubleshooting

Solution: Your iCloud cookie has expired. Get a fresh cookie by:
  1. Log out of iCloud.com
  2. Clear browser cookies
  3. Log in again to iCloud.com
  4. Get a new cookie following the iCloud Setup steps

Solution: iCloud is limiting your requests. Try:
  • Increase "Delay Between Events" to 2-3 seconds
  • Reduce "Emails per Calendar" to 15-20
  • Wait 1 hour and resume

Solution:
  • Make sure you're using the latest version
  • Check if your antivirus is blocking the app
  • Run as Administrator
  • Ensure stable internet connection

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, the application uses the official iCloud API with your authentication cookie. It doesn't store your password or personal data.

iCloud has rate limits that vary. We recommend 500-1000 emails per day maximum to avoid restrictions.

Each license is for one device. You need separate licenses for multiple computers.
